At Nuit Éternelle, we process and ship your order promptly, adhering to current regulations and our quality standards.
1. Processing Time ⏰
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of payment. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in France. During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), this timeframe may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Costs 💰
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. They depend on the total weight of your package, the destination country, and the selected shipping method. You will see the corresponding fees before proceeding to payment.
3. Transportation and Delivery 🚚
We collaborate with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Delivery times vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
4. Order Tracking 🔍
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor its progress in real-time on the carrier's website.
Return Policy 🔄
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nuit Éternelle. If you are not, you can return your item under the following conditions:
1. Right of Withdrawal 🛑
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.[1]
2. Return Conditions 📋
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original label (or seal) must be intact and attached to the product.
- Customized, made-to-order, or opened consumable items are not eligible for return, except in cases of non-conformity.
3. Return Procedure 📨
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
- Carefully pack the item with all original accessories or documents included (invoice, manual, etc.).
- Include the return form or a copy of your invoice clearly indicating the return authorization number.

4. Return Shipping Costs 🚫💸
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or our error.[1] We recommend using a tracked shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
5. Refunds 💳
Upon receipt and verification of your returned package, we will process the refund for the returned item(s) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.[1]
